A physician with over 30 years’ experience, Dr. Rajat Prakash is licensed to practice in Indiana. He currently works as a primary care physician in East Chicago, Indiana, serving male patients experiencing reproductive, cardiovascular, and mental health issues. Dr. Rajat Prakash also promotes preventative measures for chronic illnesses.

On top of his work in integrated medicine and men’s health, Dr. Prakash works with IM Practice Consultants to provide quality assurance services for home health nursing agencies. He has been with IM Practice Consultants since 2016. Earlier, he provided the same type of services for home health nursing agencies with Regal Home Health Care.

Between 1994 and 2013, Dr. Rajat Prakash worked primarily as an internal medicine specialist for various health care organizations as well as privately. He started off with two years in private practice before joining Humana in Chicago. In 1998, he moved to Advocate Health Care, also in Chicago, where he worked until 2001. In the decade that followed, he treated patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
